In a sex change from female to male where do they get a penis to attach to the genitalia?

Like do they make a penis out of the person's skin or what? Im so confused by this! So if you could maybe give me a link of the process or if you could just ease my curiosity by answering that'd be great too :) P.S. is there such thing as a penis donor farm?
