What's a diet and exercise plan to help me lose 35 pounds in 2 to 3 months?

Right now I'm 6 foot and weigh 215 and I'd like to get down to 180 by August or September. Would going on the elliptical in the morning and going to the gym to either a spinning class, zumba class, kick boxing, yoga, etc move things along faster? I know I'll be hard work and it's a ton of weight to shed in that little of time but I'm up for the challenge.
