How do i become a bone marrow donor?

i've just read a really inspiring article on yahoo news and a 15 year old girl who's a leukaemia patient wrote a bucket list and the top of the list was to make everyone sign up to donae bone marrow and i just thourght theres nothing stopping me. but i don't know how to sign up :/ any help ?
