What is your opinion on the technique advice given on the expert village videos on youtube?

I was paroozing youtube, and I came across the expert village videos. They have instructional videos on a vast range of thing, including fighting. The styles that they cover range from krav maga and jujitsu to boxing and wrestling. What is your opinion on what they show you. Do you think that it is improper technique, or do you think that it's proper technique?
