Ball Python not eating! WTF!?

OK, i just got my ball python about 1 week and 5 days ago, he is about 1 year old (2 feet long) he seems healthy and is getting use to hes new home/cage, when i got him i noticed a blue shade over his skin(not over the eyes), i thought he was just getting ready to shed..but since i got him he looks the same (no progress in the shed, no blue or milky eyes. Just his skin) iv'e tried to feed him 3xs and he refused to eat, he hasn't ate since i got him, and i am worried, any clues why hes not eating? -Please help-
