Do you think my brother truly worries about me?

Yes I think you should, he's your own flesh and blood and he cares about you if he's doing something as amazing as that. Also lifes to short for grudges, sometimes I don't get on with my brother and yes he is a pain in the backside sometimes but I still love him because he's my family and sometime in the future he might be the closest I have to a family member
