Ummmm how can i lift more? are should i stay like this?

well im working out for mma bc i have really goo jujitsu and all but im 16 and i can only bench like 50 r 60 and cn barley curl anything. i just started today and im wondering if i should go up are wen do i no i am ready for a new set?
