Can I limit who gets my organs?

I am a resident of New York State. I am debating on becoming an Organ Donor, but was wondering if it is POSSIBLE (this is not a question of morality) to limit who receives my organs. Specifically, I'd like to bar any current, former, or retired Police Officer or Soldier from receiving my organs, as I'd rather save a life who isn't going to be paid to take another. I realise 90% of the people on here will disagree with this desire. I'm not asking you to agree. Please don't post criticisms of my desire or off-topic rants.
