Survey: I just got a hospital bill. How do I pay it?

So, I just got a bill from the hospital, and it says, "PLEASE PAY THIS AMOUNT : $0.00" Well I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but what am I supposed to do, send a check for $0.00? Should I go to the payment place and hold out my empty hand? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
