Should a first degree black belt martial artist be an instructor?

So I'm planning to attend a martial art school that teaches MMA, karate, jujitsu, chun kuk do style karate, and how to deal with weapons. There is three teachers the three of them are first degree black belts and two of them have 10 years of martial art experience and the third has 20 years of experience but they are all first degree black belts. This schools is approved by chuck Norris and the United Fighting Arts Federation. Do you think its a good idea to join?
