Mma and Brazilian jujitsu question?

so i fight mma and im really good at bjj and in my gym people have started calling me gumby cause no one can submit me. my shoulders and elbows bend so far that im kimura proof and im a good wrestler so i slip out of subbmisions easy. what does gumby mean? and why do they call me it?
