I'm very overweight I'm losing weight through diet and exercise is there any suggestions?

I'm 22 years old and 6ft 2in. I weigh 345lbs about 2 months ago I weighed 380lb when I started working out. I eat 4 or 5 meals with a day. I aim for 1100 calories, avoid carbs and 70g of protein a day. And example of what I eat a day is 6:00am I eat usually one serving of protein special K with silk soy milk, 9:00am I eat a small cup of chobani greek yogurt with fruit inside, 12:00pm I eat a whole wheat wrap with either boars head turkey or grilled chicken with some roasted peppers some-times some turkey bacon or tomato no cheese. 4:00 (this meal I sometimes skip) I drink one serving of a juice drink I find in the healthfood section of A&P and then I go to the gym and after the gym I usually eat a grilled chicken breast, chicken sausage or a can or reduced calorie tuna (drained). Most weekends I usually fall off the diet wagon but I most definetly stay away from processed or fast food and I keep portion control. I usually go to a bar or parties on saturdays or fridays and I drink usually bud light, vodka or whiskey on the rocks. Ok now for my workout. Monday I do and hour on the elipticle (mid-high resistance) I do about 8000 strides, Tuesday I take a moi-thai/ jujitsu MMA class its about an hour, Wednessday I do 30min on the elipticle, rowing machine, crunch machine, leg press and about 3 sets of 20 for all of them on the highest weight that I can accomplish all of my sets. Thursday I take a break, Friday I do 30min on the elipticle and 2 or 3 random workouts, Saturday I rest and Sunday I meet up with my friends for a baseball game. The parts of my body that I am most fat at are my butt and thighs. My ultimate goal is to achive a 6pack which I understand will take a long time. I do smoke (just under half a pack a day which is an improvement from one a day). Summer is coming so I want to start swimming. Every morning I take a mens one a day, green tea extract capsul, omega3 fish oil and folic acid. Id like to try a weightloss suppliment if anyone has a suggestion.
