I am 30 and in great shape. Is it too lat(not competing professionally) just to train like a boxer?
I kinda already do it to a degree with my extensive roping, running and minimal weight lifting which is only 3 times a week doing low weight and high reps. Next to my gym, there is a MMA, Caperara, Kick-boxing, Boxing, and Jujitsu school for fitness and combat training. I'm seriously considering doing either the boxing or MMA. What would you recommend or would you even say I'm too old? Now I know I'm too old to professionally compete but I have no intention to anyway as I am a personal trainer for a living and love what I do. Perhaps that can be my specialty training for those looking to get into boxer's conditioning.
