I kinda already do it to a degree with my extensive roping, running and minimal weight lifting which is only 3 times a week doing low weight and high reps. Next to my gym, there is a MMA, Caperara, Kick-boxing, Boxing, and Jujitsu school for fitness and combat training. I'm seriously considering doing either the boxing or MMA. What would you recommend or would you even say I'm too old?
